I don’t care how old, how tired or how much stress you are experiencing, it is not O.K. to be boring. I will admit, this school year has been long. The circumstances are not getting easier in my district and I would hazard a guess that yours aren’t either, but we can’t quit. Who will be the next generation of leaders, inventors and problem solvers if we give up now? The future is out there and it is coming whether we prepare for it or not. So do something new. If your leaders are not inspiring, seek inspiration yourself. In fact, you can be the inspiration. You are never too old, too young, too inexperienced or too old school to have a new idea. Find that shred of inspiration and ride it for the rest of the school year. Don’t give up.
